He is back! Maurizio Maniglia tritt per 1. Juni 2021 seine Stelle als Managing Director bei der CAT Financial Products AG an.

The time has come for Maurizio Maniglia to resume his position as Managing Director at CAT Financial Products AG. Maurizio worked at CAT Financial Products AG for four years from 2015 and was involved in the last management buyout. He left the company for a new challenge. Today, what belongs together is coming back together again. The position is the same, including shareholder - but a lot has changed.

Over the past two and a half years, both Maurizio and CAT Financial Products developed and grew. This was necessary so that the story can now continue. In the old form, but with new spirit and new plans. Maurizio will, in addition to his core business and the Managing Director position, on the Management Committee and as a shareholder, primarily take care of the expansion of the multi-issuer platform. The click-and-trade platform "CAT", which has been live since the beginning of 2021, already has 10 issuers on it. More will follow. CAT offers real-time pricing, construction, and trading of structured products via the certified multi-issuer best execution online platform, as well as next-generation features:

  • Automatic interface to the reporting platform CUGLOSTM
  • Real-time back-testing and stress-testing scenarios for all payoffs
  • Forward testing scenarios and payoff analysis
  • Underlying optimiser incl. analyst ratings and target prices
  • Fact Sheet incl. scenario testing and risk indicators
  • Marketplace with Trade Ideas, CIO Research and AI Recommendations

Giuliano Glocker, partner and founder of CAT Financial Products says: «We are very happy to welcome Maurizio to our new office. We have known each other for a long time and to start working together on a new level is just a perfect fit. Maurizio will be completing and expanding the Click-And-Trade platform alongside his duties as Managing Director. He will also support us on the investment side of the Private Markets division. For me, it is a wonderful story.»

Maurizio (1972, Swiss and Italian citizen) brings with him more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, which he gained at various large addresses such as UBS, Citibank, ABN Amro and Royal Bank of Scotland in Switzerland and abroad.
