PRESS RELEASE: CATFP INVOLVES NEW PARTNERS AND EXPANDS MULTI-EMITTED PLATFORM

CAT Financial Products AG, a multi-issuer platform for structured products based in Zurich, announces to have found Hans-Peter Kellenberger as a new partner as of 1st of January 2014. As a member of the managing board and partner he will be responsible for a portfolio consisting of institutional clients and together with the management, will work on the development of the innovative IT platform. Hans-Peter Kellenberger has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry and as a derivate specialist he has been responsible for institutional clients for many years. After his position as Head of Structured Products at a Kantonalbank he joined Derivative Partners Invest AG 4 years ago, where he built up the brokerage and was in charge of it till now. In 2011 he completed the training course “Certified International Wealth Manager” (CIWM) of AZEK. This step symbolises a personal amalgamation of two pioneers in terms of transparency and innovative reporting services of structured products. The CAT Financial Products AG is the first provider with a fully automated reporting platform and transparent margin politics. In September 2013 Giuliano Glocker, managing partner and founding member, could engage Christoph Baumann (formerly Swiss National Bank, Leonteq Securities AG) as chief strategist, who supports the management on all issues associated with the strategic orientation of our company. Therefore the eight-headed team for 2014 is complete and ready for the realization of the expansion plans. The main focus of the CAT Financial Products AG is the further development of the online- and reporting-platform. From 2014 CAT Financial Products AG will also offer its platform to small and medium-sized private banks in a white-labelling format.
